“I wanna be the Goddess.”  

The search is on………
For one lucky woman, love is very much in the air as the search begins for the new face and body of the Goddess Aphrodite (Goddess of Love) in the new up and coming Movie ‘Mistress of the Rock’ from Irish Shadows Productions.

The film based on the novel The Mistress of the Rock by local writer Myron Edwards is due to start production later this year and is now in the process of finalising all cast members, including a leading US 'A' listed starlet. The names are very much under wraps at the moment but it is hoped all will be confirmed within the next few weeks. In the meantime the search for the Goddess has begun.

Entries are for women from the ages of 18 – 25 Greek or Cypriot nationality, able to speak English although this is not a large speaking part it is more the look of the Goddess that the film company is looking for.

Entrants should also have read the book to prove their knowledge of the story and how they interpret the role;  the competition is open to all applicants in this age region who are either Greek or Cypriot. Acting experience is preferred but not necessary.

Other minor roles may also be considered for applicants participating in the competition who are not successful.
Entrants are encouraged to send in their pictures and brief resume by email, together with their completed application form.
This film is set to change an Island ;  maybe for one lucky lady it will change their life as well.
